Cuộc thi ảnh trắng đen The reFocus Awards năm 2023 có riêng hai hạng mục dành cho nhiếp ảnh gia bán chuyên và chuyên nghiệp. Cuộc thi năm nay ghi nhận rất nhiều tác phẩm tham dự từ 77 quốc gia trên khắp thế giới và hai nhiếp ảnh gia chiến thắng cho từng hạng mục lần lượt là:
